My experience with this business was not at all positive. First, they convinced me to buy a solar system as an agent of Titan. I was mislead from the start, being told that I wouldn't see an electric bill for 9 months out of the year. Wrong! I've had electric bills EVERY month so far PLUS the exorbitant cost of the solar system, which I will be paying for 25 years.

Next, I had a small roof repair job that these guys bid on. After a solid month of nothing being done, I was finally told that the guy that was going to do the work had been on vacation. The reality was that my job didn't amount to a big fat check so I got put on the back burner.

This company is ALL about the money and not at all about customer service. I definitely do not recommend them.

And please save you canned response to my review. I know it's not genuine either.
